Shipping + Pickup FAQ
When will your order be shipped?
Please allow us 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
Where do we ship from?
We currently ship from Toronto, Ontario.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that need to be shipped to more than one location they will need to be placed as separate orders.
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the order summary/checkout page.
Please be aware we are not responsible for the cost of any import duties. (Location based)
We are currently offering free shipping on orders in Canada over $150, and orders in the United States over $250.
When will your order be ready?
Within 24 hours - we will email you when it is ready with further instructions to schedule your pickup!
What if I can't come at any of the times listed?
We are able to work around your schedule! Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your desired pick up time and we can find a time that works!
