Pickup
When will your order be ready?
Within 24 hours - we will email you when it is ready! Please have your order number with you, it can be found in your order confirmation email.
Can I come at a different time then I originally selected?
If you need to make changes to your pickup time please email allie@thedetailsboutique.com
What if I can't come at any of the times listed?
We are able to work around your schedule! Email allie@thedetailsboutique.com with your desired pick up time and we can find a time that works!
Am I able to come into the warehouse?
We are currently in the process of making our warehouse into a showroom for a shoppable experience! In the near future we will be available for private shopping appointments. We are hoping to have these able to book by mid July 2023!
What is the main intersection?
We are located at Islington and Norseman in Etobicoke, Toronto!
What do I do when I arrive?
Drive around to the warehouse side of the building, we are unit 22!
Ring the nest doorbell camera and someone will bring your order to the door.
Shipping
When will your order be shipped?
Please allow us 1-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped.
Where do we ship from?
We currently ship from Toronto, Ontario.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that need to be shipped to more than one location they will need to be placed as separate orders.
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. Sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the order summary/checkout page.
Please be aware we are not responsible for the cost of any import duties. (Location based)
