Regular Priced Merchandise
Within 14 days of the shipping date, we are able to offer a full refund to the original payment form or issue the return amount on a gift card. After 14 days, we are only able to issue the refund onto a gift card. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Once your return is approved, please use a postage approved mailer to enclose your items. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to The Details Boutique Warehouse. To request a return please email returns@TheDetailsBoutique.com
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Please note, once we receive your returned item(s), it may take up to 2-3 business days to issue your refund. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.
