Return Policy

Online Purchases

Online purchases may be returned in store or online. Exchanges for online orders may be completed in store, or by mailing back your original order and placing a new order. 

We only accept returns that have been authorized by The Details Boutique. Please email returns@TheDetailsBoutique.com to request a return. Please include your order number when making the request.  

Regular Priced Merchandise

Returns

Within 14 days of the shipping date, we are able to offer a full refund to the original payment form or issue the return amount on a gift card to be used in store or online. After 14 days, we are only able to issue the refund onto a gift card to be used in store or online. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the shipping date. 

Please note the cost of shipping will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

Online purchases must be exchanged in store. We are unable to offer online exchanges at this time. Items may be returned and a new order must be placed for the desired item. 

Sale/Discounted Merchandise

Sale and discounted items may be redeemed for merchandise credit if the discount is 15% or less. If merchandise is discounted over 15% it is final sale. 

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

*Items must not be washed, worn or damaged

*All original tags must be attached

Please note, once we receive your returned item(s), it may take up to 2 business days to issue your refund. You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed. 

 

Mailing Back A Return Or Exchange

Please Note: A fee of $5.00 (plus tax) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs. Please use a Canada Post approved mailer to enclose your items. Return shipping labels will be provided by The Details Boutique, once the return is authorized. To request a return please email returns@TheDetailsBoutique.com

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be refunded unless required by law. Returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded back onto a gift card. 

 

Order Cancellations

During store hours only, please note you have 30 minutes after placing your order to contact us in order to be able to cancel or modify the order. You may call 416-449-1390 and we will do our best to help.
